If you have anything you want to say on any subject connected with the Army, the war, or conditions in the United States after the war, write it here.
Conditions after the war will depend largely upon those people left back to run the Government and society, what they have done and will do further condition depends. Racial hate is on the up grade, which will breed only trouble laying off of large numbers of workers daily is another good cause. If we who are in the Armed services are allowed to come back into society free of all hates developed by Southern Congressmen, newspapers and individuals conditions will be even better than before the war, eating, sleeping and dieing [dying] together brings all men closer together.
If any conditions exist after the war that is a black mark against America. It only will show the world as a whole that the American way is only the way for those ignorant leaders without regard for anything decent to control America always, and Japan should make a Pearl harbor of the whole dam country.
