Sample Description
The study contains two samples:
a. A sample of 2,265 white line officers of company grade from 6 Infantry divisions; 2 in the early stages of training, 2 in the intermediate stage of training, and 2 in the late stages of training.
b. A random sample of 3,029 enlisted men drawn from the same 6 Infantry divisions as the officer sample.
